What You Need To Know When Hiring A Bouncy Castle

When it's time to book your bouncy castle, the process couldn’t be any easier. Here at Airmax Inflatables we offer an online booking service that allows you to enter your full contact details, name, address, telephone number, email address and most importantly the inflatable(s) you want to book.

However, there are a few things to consider when booking a bouncy castle/slide/obstacle course etc.

The first and hardest one will be how to choose from our huge range of stock. This can be made easier if you take a few things into consideration.

First off should be how big your garden is. Whilst we have plenty of inflatables to fit in smaller gardens, we also have lost of inflatables that won’t. We try to put measurements on each asset page to assist our customers in choosing, but if you are unsure that the inflatable you want to book will fit in your garden, then we suggest you give our team a call, and we will be only too happy to help.

The next thing to consider is how many people you are going to have at your party. Where an Obstacle Course or Super Slide will be more than sufficient for groups of 15 to 20 kids, a small bouncy castle wouldn’t be. Also, you wouldn’t want to hire The Princess Carriage for a boy's party, so another good idea is to let your child see what we have available to hire, and you can both make the decision together.

Access to the garden is another thing to look at when booking a bouncy castle. If you have no access to the garden only by going through your house, then you need to know the route the drivers will be taking through the house with the unit to make sure that it will fit through the doors and that there is nothing in the way that might get knocked over or damaged.

The final thing to look out for is the area itself where we will be installing your inflatable. We do urge all customers that any sharp objects be taken from the area, make sure any pet droppings are removed, any other obstacles like trampolines, swing sets etc are moved to one corner.

When you do make a booking online you will receive an automatic email to confirm your booking and one of our team will be in contact with you to go through all the details with you and to secure a deposit for your booking.
