💳 How do I pay, and do you require a deposit?
To secure your booking, we require a €50 deposit, payable via:
✔️ Credit/Debit Card (over the phone)
✔️ PayPal
✔️ In-person at our office
💰 The remaining balance can be paid in cash on delivery or by credit/debit card over the phone.
📧 I’ve booked my Bouncy Castle, what happens next?
✅ We’ll send you a confirmation email with all your booking details.
✅ Closer to your event, we’ll contact you with the delivery date and time.
✅ Please ensure your garden is clear of obstacles and all access points are open for delivery.
📅 How much notice do I need to book?
📌 We accept bookings anytime, but May to September is our busiest season, so book early!
📌 Online bookings require at least 48 hours' notice.

🛠️ What type of surface do I need?
✔️ Grass (preferred) – Secure anchoring available.
✔️ Hard Surfaces – We provide 25kg sandbags for safety.
🏠 Can inflatables be set up indoors?
Absolutely! 🏟️ We can set up in halls, gyms, and sports venues, provided there is:
✅ Suitable access for delivery
✅ Enough floor and height space for the inflatable
👦 My child is getting too old for bouncy castles. Do you offer other entertainment?

☔ If the weather looks bad, you can cancel up to the morning of your booking and reschedule.
💨 Wind Speeds Over 38kmph? Stop using the inflatable and secure all anchor points.
⚡ I have no access to power. Do you supply generators?
Yes! We can provide a generator if needed. Contact us for pricing.
⏳ Rental Duration & Care
🕒 How long can I keep my Bouncy Castle, and what does the price include?
We aim to deliver the day before and collect the day after, but this depends on weather and availability. Your hire includes:

✔️ Safety Mats
🌙 Do I have to leave the Bouncy Castle inflated overnight?
Nope! You can turn it off overnight. Our team will show you how to deflate and re-inflate it safely.
🧼 Will my Bouncy Castle be clean when it arrives?
Absolutely! We thoroughly clean and inspect every inflatable before delivery.
