Over the last 10 yrs we have seen dramatic growth in the number of bouncy castle operators across the country.
Here in Ireland we have a sustained busy period from mid-April to the end of May, this is Communion, Confirmation period and demand for bouncy castles, obstacle courses, slides, etc is unprecedented.
Parents that have children for Communions and Confirmations now book well in advance, in actual fact months in advance, to make sure they get the right inflatable for their Child’s special day.
Many Parents try and book bouncy castles with very little knowledge of the many problems that may arise with not booking the right operator.
Over the last ten years through our business we have taken numerous calls from distressed Parents that have been let down, and we hear stories of operators not answering phones, operators deliberately changing bookings at the last minute to get bookings closer to home with the demand.
We also here of inflatable’s been supplied unfit for hire, inflatable’s that are not insured any back up if anything goes wrong throughout the duration of the booking.

Booking should only be made with an operator that has the following:
A registered address to their business with Landline Phone number backed up by mobile.
E-Commerce Website.
Established Operators that have Google and Facebook Reviews.
Updated and current activity on Social Media.
Fully Insured with a min of €6.5 million Public Liability and the underwriter been Leisure Insure who are the only under writer for the Rep of Ireland.
Booking Confirmation through their online website and confirmation email sent to all customers who book a bouncy castle. Most reputable operators will ask for a booking deposit to secure the booking.
