Halloween & Christmas Planning

Every year the major holidays such as Easter, Halloween and Christmas are getting bigger and bigger.

This year has been no different her at Airmax Inflatables. We have hired Rodeo Bulls to Kerry, Offaly, Cork and Dublin, hired bouncy castles in Kilkenny, Carlow, Tipperary, Wexford, Dublin and Wicklow and provided entertainment for a number of days in Dublin City for Dublin City Council's Cauldron of Smithfield on Halloween night.

A lot of planning and work goes into these events to make sure that all items booked are working and in perfect condition, as well as logistics when scheduling staff to work at these events. Generators, blowers and cables need to be checked before and after each event, inflatables need to be clean and not in need of repair and vans need to be maintained from top to bottom due to the amount of driving being done.

Our Halloween work started on the week before with events going on in Dublin’s inner city on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings. We had our Wipeout, Inflatable Archery game, Basketball Shootout game and Giant Games such as Jenga, Connect 4 and Beat the Buzzer on hire for these events.

Also on Thursday, we were very proud to be involved with Pieta House where we hired a Rodeo Bull and Magician to try and raise some much needed money for this fantastic cause.

Over the weekend we had one of our Rodeo Bulls on hire in Kerry for a community barn dance which attracted over 500 people on the night. In County Offaly our Rodeo Pig attachment was hired for a stag party which proved to be a massive hit with all involved on the night.

Halloween night saw us provide Bungee Trampolines, a Marquee our two Inflatable Dragons, Wipeout game and other small games for the Cauldron of Smithfield in Dublin City and in County Wicklow we provided all the entertainment for a community party.

Now that Halloween is over, all eyes are on Christmas, and the bookings are coming in thick and fast. So far we are hiring our Giant Inflatable Snow Globes in Dublin, Cork, Wicklow, Westmeath, Carlow and Wicklow. We are also adding a new 3 Meter Snow Globe to our existing catalogue along with a new Santa’s Grotto, Santa Throne, life size Reindeer props and more.

We are also delighted to announce that we will be working with Special Olympics Ireland in November and December to help raise money for the Irish Special Olympics team and some of the very biggest companies in Ireland. So even though its only November, we are already in full swing when it comes to planning all of our Christmas parties and activities.

All of our Christmas activities such as Santa’s Grotto, Inflatable Igloos, Santa hire, Rodeo Reindeer, Giant Inflatable Snow Globes are available to view under the Christmas section on the website and to hire in Kilkenny, Dublin, Carlow, Cork, Galway, Kildare, Wicklow, Limerick, Waterford, Wexford as well as nationwide.
