Communions & Confirmation Weekend Package Benefits

• Customers refusing to allow our drivers to collect the inflatables even though times were agreed at the point of booking.

• Customers where access is needed through electric gates refusing to answer their phones and switching their phones off whilst it’s quite visible from the entrance there are people at home.

• Dealing with Customers that have consumed alcohol and go out of their way to make it very difficult for our staff to collect the units. This applies to all walks of society.

• The units have to be returned to our Warehouse and cleaned and got ready and loaded for Sunday’s deliveries and believe me the things we have been faced with are unbelievable.

For example:

1. Inflatables Soiled, i.e., vomit, urine, faeces, etc.
2. Inflatables covered in food, pizzas, chips, etc.
3. Scribbled on with pen, markers, etc,
4. Inflatables moved to other locations.
5. Units been damaged by adults/teenagers.
6. Inflatables chewed by dogs, damaged with automowers, etc.

• All inflatables have to be collected and where a customer books a single day booking it's inevitable who you book with the inflatable will have to be collected early on the Saturday evening as early as 7.00pm to allow for other collections in line with Sunday’s deliveries.

• We have a small window to collect our inflatables between 7.00pm and 10.00pm, for the units to be collected, cleaned and delivered early enough the next day for the Sunday booking.

• Sunday Morning also causes issues because most Families are heading to the Church from 10.00am onwards, so again it’s literally impossible to deliver to everyone before 10.00am. Plus, deliveries cannot be made too early either, as people are in bed.

• There is also the issue of Health and Safety when it comes to working these hours also.

• Experienced staff have to work late on the Saturday night and then start at 5.30/6.00am on the Sunday morning.

• You have the Inflatable from Thursday / Friday to Monday.

• Communion/Confirmation Days are very special and nobody wants to have their inflatable collected early, so the child is guaranteed to have the unit on the day and the following day when the Party is over keeping the child/children entertained for the weekend, so it gives the Mam’s and Dad’s and well-earned rest the day after.

• For Communions booked on the Sunday, you don’t have the worry of the Inflatable arriving late or having to get somebody to be waiting in the house when the Family is gone to Church.
