Over the years, we have had so many phone calls to our offices from people who have forgotten which company they have booked with, or they have been let down by the company they have booked their inflatable with. This happens year after year, and it can be quite upsetting for people, especially with Communion & Confirmation bookings, as these are special one off days for you and your family.

With Airmax it doesn’t matter if it’s a small or big booking or if it’s taking place in Kilkenny, Carlow, Dublin, Waterford, Wexford, Tipperary or any of our many delivery locations, we always follow the same procedure's year upon year when taking a booking.

When a customer calls our offices to book their Bouncy Castle, Obstacle Course, Slide etc., we make sure and take all of their details and enter them into our system. These include name, address, contact numbers and email addresses. It’s very important to get all of these details both for us as a company and for you as a customer as with all these details, we have more than one way of getting in contact with you.

When we take all these details, we always ask for a booking deposit to secure the order outright and again this is beneficial to both parties as it gives us confidence that the booking will go ahead and gives you confidence in knowing that you have booked with a reputable company who will turn up with your order.

After the deposit has been paid, a booking confirmation email is sent to the customer that will have all the details of their booking attached, again giving you a record of who you actually booked with. We will then contact you a few days before your booking date to let you know what day and time we will be delivering and collecting, and to find out what surface type we will be setting up on. We usually try and deliver the day before your booking to make sure everything is in order and to your satisfaction.
